BLITZ BUILD TRIP REQUIREMENTS (NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL)

1. APPLY. To register as a volunteer for this event, you must complete an online application. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. SIGN. Complete the required forms listed below for the serving event you are participating in. For National and International trips, all forms must be turned in before your application can be reviewed and approved.

3. SUBMIT. Send all National and International forms to: Willow Creek Community Church ATTN: Accts Receivable/Blitz Build 67 E. Algonquin Rd. South Barrington, IL 60010. You can also drop off the forms in the offering basket during the service if you use the Blue Support envelopes available at Guest Central and the Serving the Under-Resourced booth.

4. INTERVIEW. Upon receipt of your application and forms, you will be contacted to set up a personal interview. All applicants must be approved through the interview process.

5. MAKE A PAYMENT. A deposit of $200 is required following your interview and acceptance to the team. Trip payments are payable in cash or check only. PER IRS REGULATIONS, ALL FUNDS APPLIED TO THIS TRIP ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
