Spiritual Friendship

Spiritual Friendship — An intimate life-giving relationship that helps you pay attention and stay open to God.
(1 Samuel 16:9)

As trust in the other person grows, trust in God can grow too. In addition, as we learn to pay attention to God’s work in another person—and to be there for that person in a variety of ways as God directs—we more deeply understand the reality of Jesus’ words that it is truly “more blessed to give than receive” (Acts 20:35).
