Self-Examination — An honest look inside, guided by the Holy Spirit. (Psalm 139:23-24)
Self-examination helps us discover what God has done in our soul, and to discover what God needs to do in our soul. This practice helps uncover hidden motives as well as inner longings. We become less concerned for what others think and rejoice at God’s work in us, even as we participate in God’s work through us.
